Before we closed our shop on Etsy due to their exorbitant fees, we were a STAR SELLER with more than 20k sales and consistent FIVE-STAR reviews. We pride ourselves on providing quality and superior customer service to all our clients who love their hermit crabs.

*** OUR SHELLS ***

We never sell painted or varnished shells. Our shells are 100% natural and entirely safe for hermit crabs. Every shell order we receive is custom-filled and hand-picked based on the size and style you select. We quality-inspect every shell and guarantee they are watertight, as this is important for the health of your hermit crabs to maintain the proper moisture levels inside the shell. We also ensure there are no chips or cracks along the edges, and we file down any jagged edges until they are smooth for the safety of your crabs.

Alternately, you can send us a picture of the hermit crab with a ruler or tape measurer across the opening (at the same angle as shown in the video), and we can more accurately help you size your crabs that way, too!

All hermit crab foods and treats we sell are 100% natural and organic, with no sugars or additives, and entirely safe for hermit crabs. Our food bundles cover all the food pyramid categories required for optimal nutrition, including Calcium, Carbohydrates, Carotenoids, Chitin, Omega Fats, Proteins, and Lipids, with Greensand and Worm Castings. Our foods are made in small batches using only top-of-the-line ingredients to ensure maximum nutrition and safety for Hermit Crabs and Isopods. Be sure to supplement their diet with FRESH FOODS, which were researched as SAFE from reliable sources.

*** CUSTOMER SERVICE / RETURNS ***
There are no refunds on food items, crabitat accessories, or custom-filled shell orders to maintain quality control. However, we encourage our customers to contact us if there is an issue with an order, and we will do our best to make it right. If a shell is received damaged, we will issue you a credit for a replacement on your next order. If your package is lost or held up by the shipping provider, a replacement order will be shipped at no cost within 21 business days (domestic) or 45 business days (international) from the shipping date as indicated on the shipper’s tracking information.
